SB10/SB11 Back Pressure/Relief Valves |
Clean Liquids BPR Valves
The SB10/11 Series is very sensitive to pressure changes and
requires low overpressure to fully open. It is designed for
clean fluids only.

|

SB12 Back Pressure/Relief Valves |
Chemical Dosing
& Dirty Liquid Systems BPR Valves
The SB12 Series has a built-in check valve function,
desirable for dosing applications. It is not so sensitive as
to open with every pulsation from a metering pump.

SB17 Back Pressure/Relief Valves |
Chemical Dosing
Systems BPR Valves
Has two functions. As a back pressure valve,
installed in-line downstream of a pump, the back pressure
below the metering pump is maintained. When installed in the
branch of a tee it is a pressure relief valve.
The valve stays closed until inlet pressure reaches the set
pressure which is adjusted by turning the spring tensioning
bolt. The “Mini” SB17 size relief valves offer high
performance in a compact package.
- Size: 1/4" - 3/8"
- Ends:
Socket, Threaded or ChemFlareTM*
-
Diaphragm: Teflon® Bonded EPDM
-
Seals: EPDM, FPM (Viton®)
|

SB50 Back Pressure/Relief Valves |
Long Life and
Sensitive BPR Valves
Maintains a set downstream pressure independent of higher
variable upstream pressures. As downstream pressure
increases reaching the set pressure, the valve closes. It
opens as soon as the downstream pressure decreases below set
pressure.
- Sizes: 3/8" - 3"
- Ends:
True Union Socket, Threaded or
ChemFlareTM*
Spigot** Bodies with Plain, Socket,
Threaded or Flanged ends

Air Release
(Venting) Valves
Allow gases to escape from unpressurized pipe
lines. It must be installed vertically at the highest point
in the piping system with the “Air” arrow up. As the
unpressurized air vents, liquid rises to the float (an
inverted cup), which lifts the float up against the seat,
holding liquid pressure. The float will not release until
the pressure on the inlet side of the valve is equal to the
outlet pressure of the valve (normally atmospheric).
- Sizes: 1/2" - 3"
- Ends: Socket, threaded, Flanged
- Seals:
Seals: EPDM, FPM (Viton®)

PP, PVC, PVDF
Gauge Isolators
Inexpensive pressure gauges, or any other pressure
instrument to be used in corrosive services. The upper
chamber (gauge side) is filled with a stable fluid such as
glycol or glycerine*. A diaphragm separates it from the
lower chamber which receives the media under pressure.
- Process Connection Sizes: 1/4" or 1/2" NPT
- Instrument Connection Sizes: 1/4" or 1/2" NPT
- Diaphragm: Teflon

High Capacity Ball Valve |
High Capacity Ball Valves
True large port 6" ball valve manufactured in PVC,
polypropylene and PVDF. Most other 6" valves often are 4"
with ends increased to 6". HC Series offers an unobstructed
full port which allows passage of mechanical pipe cleaners
or “pigs”. Applications include unfiltered sea water and
sewage lines. It is also suitable for mild slurries and
vacuum lines.
- Sizes: 6" and 8"
- End Connections: Socket, Flanged or Butt
- Seat:
Teflon® PTFE
-
Seals: EPDM, FPM(Viton®)
|

Large Size Compact Ball Valves |
Large Size Compact Ball Valves
The 6" size is a full port alternative to a 4" ball valve
with ends increased to 6". Seats are Teflon®
for long life and low stem torques. The 4" size is also
available with Hypalon® seats,
superior on sustained vacuum applications and many slurries.
- Sizes:4" and 6"
- End Connections: Flanged
- Seats:
Teflon® PTFE, Hypalon®
(CSM)*
-
Seals: FPM (Viton®), EPDM

Pneumatically Actuated Diaphragm Valve
Type 710 |
Pneumatically Actuated Diaphragm Valve
Plastic piston actuator designed for long cycling life and
corrosion resistance. Compared to a 1/2" pneumatically
actuated ball valve it is a fraction of the size and cost.
- Sizes: 3/8" to 1/2"
- Ends:
True Union Socket, Threaded or
ChemFlareTM*
Spigot** Bodies with Plain, Socket,
Threaded or Flanged ends
-

Teflon®
- Control Functions:
Normally Closed, Normally Open,
or Double Acting
|

Manual Diaphragm Valve
Type 720 |
Manual
Diaphragm Valve
Large variety of body materials and end connections. It is
much smaller than other 1/2" diaphgram valves.
- Size: 3/8" to 1/2"
- Ends:
True Union Socket, Threaded
ChemFlareTM* or Spigot** Bodies
-
Diaphragm: EPDM, FPM (Viton®) or
Teflon®

Pneumatically Actuated Diaphragm Valve
Type 730 |
Pneumatically Actuated Diaphragm Valve
This valve offers long cycling life, high pressure
resistance and a size range 1/2" to 4". Being a diaphragm
valve, it is available for sanitary or slurry applications.
With a Teflon® diaphragm, it has
corrosion resistance superior to ball or butterfly valves.
This becomes an economical control valve when a positioner
is added.
The Type 730 is part of the 700 Series of diaphragm valves.
They feature interchangeable bodies, diaphragms and
actuators. Modular construction minimizes spare parts
requirements. All major parts are solid plastic – corrosion
resistant and light weight to minimize stress on plastic
piping
-
Size: 1/2" to 4"
-
End Connections: True Union Socket, Threaded or
ChemFlareTM*
Spigot** Bodies with Plain, Socket,
Threaded or Flanged ends
-
Diaphragms: EPDM, FPM (Viton®) or
Teflon®
- Control Functions:
Normally Closed, Normally Open,
or Double Acting

Type 760 |
Manual Operated
Diaphragm Valves
The Type 760 features compact size and all plastic
construction for corrosion resistance and light weight.
Being a diaphragm valve it is suitable for sanitary or
slurry applications. Because it is slow closing, water
hammer problems are eliminated. This is also a good
throttling valve. With a Teflon® diaphragm, it has corrosion
resistance superior to ball or butterfly valves.

Wafer Check |
Wafer Check Valve
This wafer check does not require a separate spacer or
flange gaskets. The large orifice and full flow design means
low pressure drop. Spring assisted disc closure is standard
as well as an optical indication of disc open/close
position. A large selection of body materials and elastomers
(all NSF 61 approved) allow for a wide range of
applications.
-
Sizes: 3" to 12"
-
Seals: EPDM, Viton®

Wafer Check Valve |
Wafer Check Valve
A non-return valve ideal for limited space installations.
These valves are economical and available for large pipe
sizes, 2" to 12" and larger*. They are available in two
versions – with or without disc springs. The spring adds
force for faster, more silent closing.
