COMPANY BEGINNINGS
Kube Engineering was founded in 2001 by Quinn E. Eddins, who, after
careful study of the industrial instrumentation representation market,
found a need of knowledgeable service and technical aptitude for
products in various industrial markets.
This became the principal reason that Mr. Eddins wanted to start his own
manufacturer representation company in the industry. The opportunity to
create an entity to offer superior service and technical aptitude to
understanding customer applications and providing sound solutions and
quality product as reflected in his enthusiasm to begin Kube Engineering
OWNERS BACKGROUND
Mr. Eddins grew up in Colorado and attended
Marquette University located in
Milwaukee Wisconsin, there upon earning a degree in Electrical
Engineering and a minor in Biomedical Engineering. Upon graduation, he
accepted a position as east coast product marketing manager for Toshiba
Electric Corporation, IL., then moved on to accept a position as world
wide product marketing manager for International Rectifier, CA.. He also
worked as an application engineer and marketing manager for Jordan
Controls, WI. and moved to California to accept a manufacturer's
representative position. With successful experiences in sales,
engineering and marketing, Mr. Eddins started Kube Engineering in 2001.

SALES BACKGROUND
Mr. Bullen attended Oregon
State University and focused on Business, Computer and Physical
Sciences. He became an Energy Analyst for the City of
Ashland, Oregon. In 1987, he became a General Business Partner
in Absolute Electric Supply wholesaling electrical products to
Government institutions. For many years since 1995, he worked as
Project Manager for construction companies. Since 2004, he was a
Utility Engineer responsible for the start-up and close-out on
the following projects:

2005 IEUA- Mira Loma, Chino: Two Ion Exchange, One Reverse
Osmosis system and supporting facility

SALES BACKGROUND

Mr. Abbots possess over thirty
years (30) of experience of field service. He has been and
Operator, Instrument Technician, Field Technician as well as
Field Service Manager in various industrial facilities. He as
worked with control systems, analytical, pressure, level,
temperature and flow instruments as well as CEMS, Control
valves, boilers, incinerators, and others.
Frank has expertise in
Petrochemical, Refining, Power, Municipal, Food and Beverage,
Industrial applications and many others. |

SALES BACKGROUND
Mr. Tang grew up in Tiawan and attended National Cheng Kung
University and received a Bachelors of Arts, Business
Administration. He then transferred to the United States
and attended California State University, Long Beach and
received a Masters of Business Administration. He worked
at Lasonic Electronics Corporation as the National Sales Manager
and supervised 30 sales representatives. He then worked at
Pacific Business Bank as the Director and Chairperson of Loan
Committee. He negotiated the acquisition of 2 regional banks
with a total aggregate transaction value of $5MM. Since
1989, Mr. Tang has successfully started an international
importing and exporting business with expertise in refineries,
power plants, steel mills, cement plant and semiconductor
industries. Products: instrumentation, flow control, GE
gas turbines, motor drives, vacuum circuit breakers and special
metals. |



LogicWorx, LLC (LogicWorx),
is a qualified engineering firm that specializes in consulting
services in the field of Electrical, Instrumentation, and
Control System Engineering. LogicWorx was formed to serve
engineering districts, design firms, and contractors especially
during periods of tightened economic budgets and smaller project
scopes.
Roy Jumbo, founder of LogicWorx, is a Registered Professional
Engineer in California
and has over 8 years of experience in Industrial Automation and
Water/Wastewater Treatment. His experience includes Electrical,
Instrumentation, and Control Systems planning, detailed design,
construction support and startup services, and quality
